We can ship to virtually any address within India. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain locations within India.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

At APV BOX, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Since our products are fulfilled through Roposo Cloud and its verified suppliers, our return and refund policy is aligned with dropshipping fulfillment standards.

2. Return Request Timeline Customers must raise a return request within 3–7 days of delivery (as applicable) by contacting our support team with: Order ID Clear photos or video of the issue Description of the problem Requests raised after the allowed period may not be accepted.

3. Return Process Once the return request is approved, the return will be processed as per Roposo Cloud supplier guidelines In some cases, return pickup may not be available Customers may be asked to share product evidence instead of returning the item.
